About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Special Projects Coordinator will be responsible for driving various initiatives from inception to completion. Along with the local and regional property site teams, you will work collaboratively to bring ideas to life.  Using your influence and problem-solving abilities, along with your customer service approach, you will coordinate between various collaborators and team members to ensure projects are moving forward in alignment with the companies’ objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitoring progress of a variety of projects
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Leading and organizing cross-functional project teams
  • Providing updates and reports to general manager and site teams
  • Monitoring and iterating on completed projects
  • Collaboratively develop and maintain easy to use SOPs
  • Providing support for the strategic planning process
  • Ensuring team members are on track to meet deadlines for project completion
  • Building presentations to gain alignment from Senior Leadership
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations
  • Other related duties as assigned


What we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar project support role or capacity
  • Post Secondary education in Project Management, Business or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of foundational project management concepts
  • Proven successful experience leading cross-functional project teams
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office 365
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

The pay range for this position is $26.44 – $31.25 per hour.
