Based out of Vancouver, BC, Canada, Mint Tiny House Company has been manufacturing Tiny House RV’s and Park models since early 2014. Mint has since grown to become one of the largest Tiny House manufacturers in the Northwest, shipping tiny house RVs and Park Models all across the USA and Canada!

About the role

As the Sales Manager for Mint, you are a hands-on motivator. You enjoy ensuring the full-sales cycle is completed with the client’s long-term satisfaction in mind whilst considering the company’s long-term goal. You are charismatic, you care about building rapport with your clients and team, and you are highly adaptable to anything that comes your way.

You will be working primarily with the sales team, along with the marketing, drafting, production, and purchasing team as well as the warranty department.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan, including but not limited to sales tracking systems, client success measures, goals dashboard, etc. to achieve sales objectives
  • Mentoring, motivating and supporting the sales team in their sales process
  • Providing training to the sales team on a regular basis on areas such as selling techniques, communication styles and time management.
  • Guiding and supporting the marketing department
  • Managing sales contracts and assuring all deals are closed per company standards and goals
  • Monitoring competitor sales and marketing activities
  • Maintaining a superior customer satisfaction rating while building a relationship of trust with the clients
  • Lead Generation
  • Leveraging the capabilities of the company and increase sales and revenue volumes
  • Assisting clients with finance applications and solutions
  • Managing CRM (Hubspot) and staying on top of clients’ inquiries, making sure all leads have follow-up
  • Researching and implementing plans to grow sales into new markets
  • Managing B2C sales

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, home design, or interior design (ideally) is required
  • Architectural Design or related studies is an asset
  • Excellent people management skills with a proven track record
  • MS Office proficiency is an asset
  • Excellent at solving conflict and escalations
  • Positive attitude
  • Motivation and work ethic
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Driver’s License
