About the role

As the Operations Administrator, you will be working closely with the General Manager. You will have full visibility of the department. You are great at identifying risks and opportunities across departments and you enjoy helping others and providing creative solutions. If this resonates with you then this job is for you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Collecting information daily to prepare inmediate reports
  • Creating new job numbers and phases for new projects
  • Being the point of contact to external and internal department inquiries
  • Collecting, organizing, and communicating information including, but not limited to, KGH development KPIs, to report to the director and upper management
  • Monitoring the project schedules and keeping managers accountable
  • Assisting the project management team in the development and follow-up of processes
  • Liaising with different departments to improve performance, communication, and work efficiency
  • Prepare billing information to share with the accounting department

What we’re looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of civil construction practices is an asset
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative roles or working in an office environment is an asset
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and delegation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Office 365 Proficiency is a requirement
  • Additional courses in Business-related topics are an asset
  • A willingness to learn
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
