We have been at the forefront of crafting exceptional Tiny House RVs and Park Models since the early days of 2014. About the role

Reporting to the Westbow Group Director of Operations, the General Manager for Mint is responsible for overseeing the departments in the Mint team, including but not limited to: Sales, Drafting, Production, Procurement and Quality Control. You enjoy being on the floor taking time to understand your product while also having an eye on the future and actively seeking opportunities for business growth. What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on optimizing efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow, allocation of resources, and enhance overall operational effectiveness, including but not limited to: Sales, Drafting, Production, Procurement and Quality Control
  • Communication with department leads to monitor progress and department needs and requirements
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders and keeping records up to date.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Analyzing financial performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and developing strategic action plans
  • Managing financial aspects of related branches, including budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost control
  • Fostering a collaborative environment with department synergy to ensure growth targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintaining a healthy organizational culture aligned with the company´s values and ensuring the team reaches their greatest potential
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with vendors, clients, and suppliers
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creative solutions

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years experience overseeing overall operations of a business including people management
  • 7+ years working in production or manufacturing, modular manufacturing is considered an asset
  • Post- secondary education in Business Administration, Operations Management or related fields
  • Experience in financial management including understanding financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Experience in strategic business growth through planning, innovative initiatives, effective execution, resulting in measurable and sustainable success
  • Living close to the production plant or open to relocation is required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
