About the role
As a skilled Carpenter working on fast paced residential projects, you will be expected to work alone, or part of a team, using your experience to see what must be done, and the skills to complete relevant tasks. Your skills will range from foundation to finishing. The right candidate will work closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure safety, quality and production are met within the responsibilities given.

What you’ll be doing
- Working alongside a site team on residential construction projects
- Basic foundation forming
- Framing and back framing
- Following layout guidelines
- Assisting with building envelope
- Finish carpentry
- Machine operations and material handling
- Assisting in maintaining the OH&S program
- Communicating with Site Supervisor and site teams
What we’re looking for
- Grade 12 Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience in general carpentry
- Own basic carpentry tools
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Red Seal carpentry ticket is considered an asset
- First aid certification considered an asset, otherwise willingness to be trained in first aid
- Able to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs

The pay range for this position is $25.00-$32.00 per hour.
